What Servyn is

Servyn is a restaurant point-of-sale and QR ordering system built for food businesses in India. One platform covers counter billing with GST-compliant invoices, QR code ordering from the guest's own phone, UPI and card payments, a kitchen display system, inventory, expenses and staff roles. It runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or laptop you already own, with a Windows desktop app for thermal printing and an always-on-top orders window.

It is meant for independent restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, QSRs, bakeries and dhabas: places that need dependable billing and direct ordering without a long hardware contract or an enterprise sales cycle.

Why we built it

Most of the software sold to small Indian restaurants takes one of two shapes. Delivery aggregators take a percentage of every order, so the cost grows exactly as the business does. Traditional POS vendors sell or lease proprietary terminals and charge for add-ons one module at a time. Neither suits a restaurant that simply wants to bill quickly, take orders at the table and know its numbers.

Servyn takes the other path on each point:

• A flat subscription, never commission. Your margin does not shrink as your order count grows.
• No proprietary hardware. Use the devices and standard thermal printers you already have.
• One customer app, not one per restaurant. Guests scan a QR code and order in their browser with nothing to install, and the same Servyn app works at every Servyn restaurant.
• Your data stays yours. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertising networks. Our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what we collect and why.

How we work with restaurants

Getting started is free, with no credit card. Tell us about your restaurant on the get started page and we set up your menu, tables, QR codes and printers with you, usually within a day. Pricing is published on the pricing page, and our refund policy and terms are written to be read, not skimmed past.

Who we are

Servyn is a product of Bairwal Tech Solutions, a sole proprietorship firm registered in India and based in Sirsa, Haryana. We launched in 2026 and are onboarding restaurants now.
